About owlet.studio: a studio in Łask, near Łódź, Poland
A few projects at a time, never a dozen.
We design and build websites, web apps, process automation, and AI solutions for businesses. We’re based in Poland and work remotely, in Polish and English, with clients at home and abroad.
How we work
We deliberately limit how many projects we run at once. We’d rather turn work down than take on a job we can’t do properly. That means you talk directly to the person building your project, with no one in between.
We work remotely: everything we agree on is put in writing, you see a new version every week, and decisions are made as we go. If you’d rather talk, we’ll set up a call at a time that suits you.
Before work begins, we sign a contract with the scope, timeline, and price. They stay fixed unless you change the scope.

The domain, code, and access go to your accounts. We don’t charge extra for handing them over.
We stay after launch
After launch, we keep answering your messages, fixing issues, and developing the project when the need arises.

Frequently asked questions
Who works on my project?
owlet.studio runs your project from the first conversation to launch and is responsible for the result. For work such as video, photo shoots, or industry-specific copy, we may bring in specialists, but responsibility for the whole project stays with us.
Do you sign a contract?
Yes. The scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work begins. We issue VAT invoices, and for clients outside Poland we invoice in line with VAT rules.
What languages do you work in?
Polish and English. The website itself can be built in as many languages as you need.
Will you take over a website you didn’t build?
Yes, once we’ve assessed its condition. Sometimes it’s faster and cheaper to build a new site than to fix the old one. We show you both options, with the cost of each.
