Frequently asked questions
Is the demo really free?
Yes. We build it so you can judge the result before you decide. We don’t ask for a deposit, and you don’t sign anything. If you don’t like the demo, just let us know.
What languages can I write in?
We work in Polish and English. We’ll reply to messages in other languages too, but the project itself runs in one of those two.
I don’t know what I need. Can I still get in touch?
Yes, that’s how most conversations start. Tell us what’s going on in your business and what causes the most trouble. We’ll suggest a solution ourselves, and sometimes one small change turns out to be enough instead of a whole project.
Can I call you?
We mostly keep in touch by email, because that way everything we agree on is in writing. If you’d prefer a call, let us know and we’ll find a time that works for you.
